A very VERY Hot Saturday...

Did something which is very unlike me on saturday morning....I went down to sentosa to play a bit of beach volley with cao...joined his gang of colleagues (by a bit i really mean a bit. As my skills are unparallely lousy, it is hard for me to touch the ball much without screwing up...so really touch a bit of ball only ma)

Anyways, i was quite satisfied with my performance, as i managed to stay alive and not fall dead for like close to 2 hours in that really burning hot sun (for those pervs who thot otherwise on my meaning of hot....yah too bad this is what i meant and shame u ppl for reading this entry just becos u think there is some porno content in my blog lol) yah la so manage to sustain a sport for more than 15 min, and that is a feat i havent done before sia....except badminton la but then that game i never play under sun b4 oso...

well, to explain to ppl once and for all, i did not go there to bio2 bikini babes, whether anot there were babes in swimwear, dinosaurs in bikini or babes in bikini...anyway, under that crazy sun, no one can even see anything but heat waves lor...haha...k la i was too engrossed int he game seriously...it was quite a lot of fun and i def will be going back there again if possible.... P.S. I did see a lot of hunks that day, so gers whatcha waiting for?

i was also quite sway that morning....as when i was abt to disembark (i think alight is a better word but who cares hehe) from the bus....i broke my slipper.... the top part where there is usually a cloth/string/material to join to the slipper - the part where u giap with ur big toe and sec toe, broke off so i got no slipper to walk on.....then have to semi limp and walk all the way to 7 11 to buy a new pair man....waste money and my time....My OP slipper was anti slip...then this new pair will prob kill me in the next few days......crap...

and sentosa has gone thru a great revamp man, it is definitely worth visiting esp for KKN as we been there in 1999 rite and that is when we made the cool pact, now even sentosa look like it is ready for the IR to come... visited the various (both old and new) resorts there and found them to my liking! quite satisfied with myself! :) KKN go check ur email for accomodation updates!

Recently someone says that my blog is boring and not nice to read, so being very heartbroken, i have decided to continue writing in the very boring and uninteresting and uncaptivating way i have been writing.

hee hee i def not going to compare to xiaxue in terms of writing interesting blogs haha. And i also must not say too many incorrect things online anyway....(not that i have any bwahaha)

Been sort of reminiscing (or wateva way u smart alecs who are so gonna correct me spelling thinks it is spelt, u understood what i meant so there) of the past, and thinking of all the intelligent things (seems so at that time) that i have done and laugh at them....as my msn nick suggests, i miss the company of many frens who i have neglected to contact or have simply lost connection with (haha sort of cannot click that well anymore)

apologies to all the dearest people for not entering ur life and messing it up regularly (tops of the chart being yx...but then now she has a yan dao boi boi no need me around rite? hee hee)will continue to endeavour to ign....find chances to meet up with u all once i find time to pack my room....[hmmm i seem to have juxtaposed 2 completely unrelated issues rite? actually i hate packing my room so if i eventually find time for that, i have time for u fren! joking la of course!]

the chief clerk of sorts in my office...nice chio chio lady who takes gd care of me and the other young 'xiao di di' in the office (saying this makes me feel younger, even though she is only 2-3 years my elder haha) perpetually thinking of food...but no matter how many packets of char kway tiow she eat, she still have a nice slender figure....(makes me jealous of her everytime she walks past my desk lol...(diao did i just sound like a ger? being envious of another ger -_-!!) and she likes her dog too. And This stoopid groomer caused her dog's untimely demise.....This angered quite a few ppl in my office, including me. So folks, if you really have to bring your pet to grooming, make sure you take great care to stay with your pet at all times. Nicky is so poor thing....sigh.... Anyway, I want to take this opportunity to thank Alinda for taking good care of' 'my boys'... as she puts it.... and she is only 2 years my senior.... grrr... did i just disclose your age by accident....Luckily, she is oredi happily married away... bwahaha

will put him here as after he came back from Canada, he likes to introduce himself by this name, with a super duper act cool farni accent that is neither here nor there. definitely one of my closest frens now, as we meet up every weekend for MJ haha (without MJ life is quite boring man)knew this chap from sec 1 and he has changed a lot since then man...ever the outcast in my sec school for having the weirdest dress sense, he has grown into a real man haha with very gd dress sense...has a ultimate liking for white...white sneakers, white shirts....white dog.... i also sense the selfish boi of old grow into a more bo chup man now... still remem how u use to lie to me and jiao abt stuff when we go to ur house and play PS and com last time. The most farni thing is we could get into your house even when no one is ard, or when ur maid was alone at home. haha When we wanna borrow books, and comics you would always not lend us by cooking up some excuse, and when we found out u would just think up another lie to cover up..haha those were the days...We have come a long way liao....hope we can do another trip tog soon...really missed our virgo and taiwan trips tog!! Yes...time to write abt this lil sis of mine b4 the grudge she bears abt me explodes... lol yah i noe i noe this entry took a long time to come....but oh well.... you are also busy with work and happily in luv to have time to read my crap right?? well so what should i say... knew this ger back from my JC days, as we were the really really small minority that joined 华会. haha joining this ECA in an ang mo JC = chum....no budget, no recognition...no members...bleah.... still remem that we both ran for the committee tog during elections...but the most ironic thing is, we never talked to each other....think that time i was still a nice and shy guy (not saying that i am not a nice and shy guy now OF COURSE!) and we only started having heart to heart talk after the elections becos of a misunderstanding...which i will not mention here.... haha

My ex-colleague, who had moved on to greener patches out there. lol Quite a trend setter as more of my colleagues picked up the courage to leave and venture out to the private sector after she left..... Almost half of my original colleagues are leaving/had left after her :( First impression of this ger is that she is one hell of a dao kia, always walking around with her loud flip flops, and blatantly ignoring your very existence (now that i know her better, i know it is because most of us TALLER people are not in her line of sight lol) Being an 'I' in the MBTI explains why she took like 5-7 mths to warm up to us NSFs...other than to yuna, and just when all of us are starting to get along, she leaves. haha, that is life! xiaowenzi is one of the ppl who i got close to towards the end of my uni life man thanx to PGP sia....i remem him as the cockster who apply for hall late so in the end me and zj got our rooms at the same time and he did not.....in the end he finally got a room 2 weeks into semester and got the top floor room which os both windy and cool.....tmd.....so moral of the story is early birds might not be winners, but jw will always be hahaha. My fellow D2 buddy and now u also playing HOMM5, no doubt very fast considering th eamt of leave u have and the sleepiness i see in u everyday. lol sian sia...fastest guy i noe in my grp of fren to complete FF XII, and thanx for telling me the werewolf power lvl thingi. nice chap to have ard at all times who is easy going and the only real time i see him really pissed off is on 151...i some how recalled zj and tf getting on his nerves, which was an achievement in itself haha. This is my god bro who my family unofficially adopted years back, dun noe JC or sec sch days man. always starve himself when we r younger to buy things like PS and MTG so end up being very scrawny and not so tall (at least that is what i feel happen to him).... but that did not stop him from getting his very chio ger man gogogo bro.. Yet another one of my MJ kakis but i met this guy in the army way back in 2001. Sort of started off on the wrong foot with him then there after, always kena 'dio' with him during our training and subsequent courses (heng1 heng1 we kena posted to same unit same section, so u can imagine me on a boat and it is fast sinking. to perpetually 'dio' with someone is very tiring and bo liao but oh well that is all in the past....unless he still hates me! lol)anyways, as the saying goes, "There is no overnight feud with MJ..." so we finally buried the hatchet after a game of MJ or 2, probably under all the tiles keke. so now we do get together once every few weekends to dry swim, and to lian2 luo4 gan3 qing2 lol. Anyway this guy has a shop that sells car accessories for mainly japanese cars (unless i remem wrongly) so if u folks need to buy, can ask me lor i recommend him to u.

time to write abt this old fren of mine...haha and he will very likely read this... this pal and I go way back...to the fateful time of year 1995...and the story goes that in the year 1995 and 1996, along the corridors of RI, I would meet this frenly and shy guy who will always smile at me when i catch his eye. (I will smile also la...sometimes I smile first keke) He was the only chap who would smile to me even though we dun really 'officially' know each other... haha and this carried on until in 1997, we finally became classmates! haha. from then on, our friendship blossomed...haha started from the teenager days of taking the same bus home tog.... going out on weekends to catch french movies (i still vaguely remem the filipino film we watch during the french film fest....it was ok for the first 1 hour then it became a porn flick for the rest....totally farni film man)

Miss the times when you drive me around in ur nice continental car to eat supper, chill out... now that you are in the U.S., seldom have time to chat with u face to face man... come back soon k, haha every man must come back to his roots eventually. eagerly the next time you are back so we can eat fried hokkien prawn mee. take care dude!!

Long Time No Post!!

Wow....haven't had a moment to type an entry since the [previosu death note posts.....Yes, i know i know, have received commmemts from both panyc and zj to post more to tell people how i am, but oh well, never really got right down to it. heh heh

Haven't been in the best of health recently as well, and i think i have a very serious nose irritation today, so when i am in the office, i cannot breathe thru my nose at all so that SUX!!!!! and i have duty thru the night tonight...hopefully i survive if not i would have to go on MC.....bleah... (was hoping that i would lose some weight thru this ordeal. Sigh...in the end my weight never change!!)

DeathNote pic as promised

Yay i finally found my error in uploading my pictures so here are my pictures on my collection of deathnote. They are in spuer mint condition (i hope they still are, as comics tend to turn yellow and stuff from just staying in the cupboard and pretending to be neat and nice). Looking back now i was quite sad when the series ended so early. But i still luv this collection best. Here they are, the whole set of Deathnote:

This series appealed to me as i can relate very well to the characters portrayed in it. They are all very real, and they do what they believed is right, till the very end of their lives. Looking at the movie poster these few days, I am once again pissed with the fact that the bad guy is actually quite cute (y? WHY?!?!?), bleah.....but it is as portrayed, the bad guy, Light Yagami （夜神月）, is a good looking guy with everything he could have....money and intellect and the looks to charm gers, yet his character is flawed....he believed that the world can be perfect....free from all evils, under his careful supervision (diao....power corrupts...esp with his super inflated ego), cos humans are too stoopid to govern themselves...being a perfectionist, that was his initial aim....create the perfect world (haha then i would be out of a job liao as got no need to defend country)...but he fell deeper and deeper into the abyss, and ended up doing all the evil stuff he wanted to eradicate to cover up....sigh.....never be too intelligent like i always sey.... met a few people like that....under the impression that they r always rite....and never really takes people's comments/feedback seriously, unless they oredi have reason to be impressed by the person.....i myself am like that at times.....haha no one is perfect ba.... but like i sed the characters reflect each and everyone of us

In the picture u can see the other lead in the movie, Yagami's nemesis, 'L', a cool 1 letter name for a weird looking guy who sucks thumb and have very deep eyebags.....not the ultimate Dean's list/nobel prize winner u would expect......

L is portrayed as an inward looking guy who can see the crux of matters, sensitive to minute details, and the psychology of criminals or psychos (which means he is a bit mad and bad too to understand them haha) ......he plays with sugar cubes and Lego everytime and toy cars and train (to show his nonchalancy la - jokingla....) when thinking, showing his clear intellectual powers (think i read somewhere that all very smart/crazy ppl do that a lot) ..... appearances wise, well all i can sey is he looks like he haven't slept a single time since he was born......

....and he probably has a hunchback cos he squats all the time....even on his seat (kind alike a frog with deep eyebags) anyways.....he is a sort of freelance detective, who works at capturing all the tough criminals to crack......his belief is that 祁拉 (the nickname the evil guy use to scare ppl) is evil and no matter what he sey to explain himself, he is still evil...the baddie guy...the ultimate pest....and so on haha....the irony of L's situation is that being an upholder of justice, he believed in a balance between good and evil....no one shld play god and try to eliminate an element...that in itself is evil incarnate....a world created from fear canot last, so Yagami can never be the tuyre winner.

These 2 people are really unique....and allows me to draw the inference that there will be a Deathnote II movie coming up....unless of course the tix for 1 did not sell at all la.....cos they are not portrayed in the movie..... The guy is my personal favourite...... All i should sey is the guy is N (Near) and the ger is M (Mello)..... if i sey anymore stoopid zj would sey i spoiler again cos being the slow guy we have come to know and luv, he probably havent reached this part of his comic.....(even though he has the whole series......waste money buy then dun read and lend frens and chio bus? lol) Let's just sey that u can guess their roles by looking at their names....

If a Deathnote II movies come out i would really like to see who will act as these 2......(hope i can really see it)

DeathNote Fans Rejoice

Haven't had a single chance to sit right down and write a decent post after i decided to start this blog. haha, been busy with other stuff, work, and getting enough workout haha.

Well, recently on my MRT trips to work, i saw a poster which captured my interest..... haha it was actually a poster on 1 of my favourite mangas...... DeathNote, until i took a look closer.... OMG the characters depicted in the pictures are real people, and not just hand-drawn portraits like those in the comics... this meant that there was a movie on it upcoming

Scanning the bottom of the poster i realised that the show is coming mid this month...

Looking back up at the 2 main leads, i do think they look very cute....(kinda makes me wanna steal the posters hiakhiak) L looks just like in the comics, having an aura of mystery and deep eyebags... and he bites his thumb, very good inpersonation, and Light Yagami looks really cool and handsome, in the japanese sort of way. =P [It's a japanese show in japanese for those who were wondering....uber then, in english ah? duh....]

This past weekend, the thriller has even gone onto the funny TVs you watch when waiting for the MRT to come, haha a good deviation from those in certain lines which shows 1) how not to run for the train with your wife and son when the train doors are beeping and flashing those supposedly scary orange lights above the doors,2) how to evacuate when the train breaks down (cos no one is driving the train, Ooopss...then ppl will know what line i tok...)

anyway, saw one of these thrillers as well as some of the ones i found in YouTube....and found out the show is quite well done and definitely would be worth my $9.50, if i had to catch it on a weekend. haha too bad Misa Amane is not as chio as i thot she might have been..

Looking through my DeathNote collection, i sort of feel some emptiness knowing that the series has ended.... The covers are all so nice and pretty : haha but current i cannot post pics dun noe why will try it soon again...

This is a trial post and if it in anyway resembles anything you have seen and heard today, it is not coincidental..... This just means that you met me today, and you are probably my fren, trying to find out why in the world did I start a blog for.

Well, i finally settled down in my office and feel more at home, with both the surroundings and my colleagues, and i am finally busy!!! Time flies for me now - the 9 hours seems to last only 1...
Think i dun really like to laze around and grow fatter than i oredi am. keke

Being Wedesday, today was our office's Life Day, during which 'some' of us (it's compulsory for me) does some exercise or sports. Being relatively new, I haven't got the chance to show off my lousy badminton skills, or poor swimming strokes, so i get to do some jogging with my boss and other fellow ***s. (this word is blanco-ded to protect the innocent aka. me in case i sey something here which i am not supposed to.... so now no one will noe that they are nsfs just like me *victory sign*)

Well, i seldom get to be proud of things i do but i am relatively proud of my jogging. (Yeah man!) Whenever i run along the main roads, I somehow manage to run slower than the passers-by strolling about. Comparing with others, i realised that not many people are like me, a i possess this special skill :P

Anyway, I really do want to shed some weight (not by cutting off an arm, as i have always dreamt of doing) so I will be leading a healthier lifestyle (I hope) form today onwards. This marks the point in my life, where people starts laughing and side-betting whether it is 2 days or 2 weeks before i give up hehe
